Refunds on Personalized Items:We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items due to its customization. In the event that obvious mistake was made on your order (wrong monogram, wrong thread color, wrong color scheme etc.) please contact us so we can discuss next steps.

Refunds on Non-Personalized Items:For non personalized items, returns are accepted provided that the item is still in pristine condition. Customers are responsible for returning the item back within 7 days of when the product was received. Upon arrival the product will be inspected and the return will either be granted or denied. Please note that all accepted returns will be for store credit.
Refunds on Sale Items:Sale items are considered final at time of purchase.
Exchanges:If for any reason you need to exchange your product, please contact us. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. In the event that an exchange is granted, the customer is responsible for returning the product. Work will not start on replacement items until we have received your exchange. We recommend you to have a tracking number for any returned product since we are not responsible for any lost items in the mail.
At this time, Mi Amiga ships using USPS only. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
As soon as your item leaves our shop, it is out of our hands. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Please ensure that when checking out and before submitting payment that all shipping information is correct. We are not liable for sending your product to the wrong location.

Anticipated lead times are always stated and updated regularly in the top banner. These lead times do not include shipping time. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days once the items ship for them to reach their destination. Please note that this shipping estimate may change during peak holiday shipping season.
Lead times begin upon receipt of payment. Items will not be considered to be in work until payment is received.
At Mi Amiga we strive for you being able to make your magic moments more memorable. If the lead time does not work, please contact us to make arrangements. We will then assess our current workload and may add an additional rush fee based on your order.
Mi Amiga defines a “personalized item” as any product that deviates from what is able to be ordered from the website and is not specific to an individual. Changes in thread color, fabric, or adding a monogram/name are considered to be personalized items. Name banners are also considered customized items.
Invoices for customized items will be sent out once full definition of the product has been established.

Mi Amiga strives to provide the product as shown on the website and/or Instagram. However in the always evolving global supply chain that we are in, we reserve the right that products might be slightly changed due to material availability. Colors of fabrics, thread color, and/or ribbons used might be slightly different than the product as shown. While it may be slightly different, we will do our best to maintain the integrity of the product.
